Plain words, because you deserve to know exactly what you're agreeing to.

What I keep, and why

• When you join, Stripe keeps your name, email and payment details. I see your name and email; I never see your card number.
• When you write to me through the website, I receive your name, email and note.
• I use these only to let you into the room, to write to you about the circle, and to answer you. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond the few services that run this (Stripe, Zoom, Netlify and my email).
• You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold about you, or to delete it: hello@amandaaguilo.com.

The room

• The circles are never recorded.
• When I share the evening practice on Instagram or TikTok, only my camera is shown. No one in the circle appears or is named.
• What others share in the room stays in the room. Please don't record or screenshot it.

Your membership

• Sit With Me is $5 a month, charged on the day you joined and each month after, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, in one click, from the link on your welcome page, or by writing to me. You'll keep your place until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Payments for months already begun aren't refunded, but if something has gone wrong, write to me and I'll make it right.
• If the price ever changes, you'll hear from me by email at least 30 days before.

Your care comes first

• This is meditation, not therapy or medical care, and it isn't a substitute for either.
• Everything is an invitation. Keep your camera off, sit or lie however you like, skip any practice, rest your attention on sound instead of breath, or step out whenever you need to.
• If you're in crisis, please reach out now: in Canada, call or text 9-8-8, or call 9-1-1 in an emergency. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency services.
